Animation Workflow Demo

This video shows my animation workflow for animating this kick/flip in Autodesk Maya. The recording is sped up 2x but shows the full ~45 minute process.

Note: This is not a tutorial, just a demonstration on how I animate.  Also note that his demo is intended for animators that have an 'intermediate' level of Maya experience.
